The Crew

It is important to have a qualified Arborist evaluate your trees and prescribe the best possible regimen of care, but a good plan is only useful if it is executed properly. 

At They Might Be Monkeys!, we strive to put the best trained, most educated crew possible to work on our clients' trees.  From the first day we hire someone, we begin the process of certification through the TCIA (Tree Care Industry Association) Ground Operation Specialist program. 

As our workers develop, we prepare them to become Certified Tree Workers.  By the time they meet the eligibility requirement of 18 months' experience, they have learned the skills they need to pass the hands-on skills test and the written exam.  Once they have three years of experience, they are ready to become ISA Certified Arborists.
